All of your games are to be played on the Wednesday scheduled, with score cards handed in that day.  If no score card is handed in on the day of the scheduled game, both teams receive 0 points.

Late score cards will not be recorded.

If a team you are playing calls to cancel or try to reschedule, you are to decline and complete a card indicating a 12-0 forfeit win.  This rule is in place as the greatest complaint we continue hearing is that teams are constantly trying to reschedule games at an inconvenience to the team available to play.  In addition, this causes difficulties with reporting results and determining playoff qualifiers.

Also, all completed score cards are to be handed in, clearly identifying the winner and points earned. Results will be updated on this site and posted at the course.
